Where we haul in Central Florida
Orlando Junk Removals runs out of Orlando and covers Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Every neighborhood below has its own access quirks and its own disposal rules — here is what we plan around before the truck rolls.
Downtown & Central Orlando
Thornton Park, Lake Eola Heights, Colonialtown, Mills 50, Delaney Park, SoDo, Audubon Park
Brick streets and narrow alleys — we stage the truck curbside and hand-carry rather than block a lane.
Southwest & Tourist Corridor
Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Bay Hill, Metrowest, Hunter's Creek, Williamsburg
Gated and deed-restricted throughout, so private-road addresses get no municipal bulk service at all.
Southeast & Lake Nona
Lake Nona, Laureate Park, Moss Park, Narcoossee, Meadow Woods, Boggy Creek
Newer construction means a steady stream of renovation debris and move-in packaging.
North Orange & Seminole
Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Oviedo
Seminole County runs franchise haulers by zone, each with its own bulk caps — a private haul avoids the guesswork.
West Orange
Winter Garden, Ocoee, Apopka, Horizon West, Oakland, Gotha
Big lots and detached garages: garage, shed and yard-debris jobs dominate here.
Osceola & South Metro
Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration, Poinciana, Buenaventura Lakes
Osceola bulk collection is by appointment in most areas, not automatic weekly set-out.
Three counties, three different sets of rules.
Most of what people call "junk" is actually four or five regulated waste streams, and where you live decides which of them your municipality will touch. This is the part a national franchise's call center cannot answer.
Orange County
Household bulk, C&D debris and yard waste are three separate streams with separate facilities and rates. Mattresses carry a per-unit handling fee, and refrigerant appliances need certified recovery before they can be scrapped.
Seminole County
Collection is contracted out by zone, so bulk rules differ between Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Oviedo and Sanford. Construction debris is excluded from residential service county-wide.
Osceola County
Bulk pickup is largely appointment-based rather than scheduled, which is why same-day private hauling is the common route for Kissimmee and St. Cloud cleanouts.
What a same-day pickup actually looks like
Start to finish, a typical Orlando job runs about 90 minutes from the crew's arrival. Here is every step, in order.
- 1
You call or tap Talk to Expert
Describe the pile in plain language. A ballpark price comes back in under a minute — no walkthrough required to get a number.
- 2
We give you a window
Same-day slots are normal. You get a two-hour arrival window and a text when the crew is en route.
- 3
Firm price before we lift
The crew looks at the actual pile and locks a flat price. Decline it and there is no trip fee — we just leave.
- 4
Loading
Two-person crew, heaviest items first. Stairs, backyards, attics and normal carry distance are included.
- 5
Sort, donate, dispose
Usable furniture and appliances go to a local donation partner; the rest is split between the transfer station, C&D facility and recyclers.
- 6
Sweep-up and payment
We sweep the space before we pull out. You pay the number quoted at Step 3 — it never moves.
- Monday – Saturday
- 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Sunday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Orlando junk removal — what to know
Straight answers on the rules, recycling, and donation pathways behind every Central Florida haul.
HOA & permits
Most Orlando neighborhoods don't require a permit for a single-day haul, but HOAs can restrict truck parking. We handle placement so you stay compliant.
E-waste & appliances
Florida requires responsible disposal for refrigerants, TVs, and batteries. We route appliances and electronics to certified recyclers — never the landfill.
Donations & tax receipts
Usable furniture and household goods go to local charities like Habitat ReStore and The Sharing Center. We'll leave you a receipt for your taxes.
Informational only — final disposal routes depend on item type and current municipal rules.
Straight answers, no sales pitch.
How much does junk removal cost in Orlando?+
Junk removal in Orlando costs $89 for a single item and $179–$699 for truck-load jobs, priced by how much space your load takes in the truck. A garage corner runs about $179, a single-room cleanout about $329, and a whole-home or estate load $549–$699. Labor, stairs, sweep-up and disposal are always included.
Can you pick up my junk the same day?+
Usually yes. Call (407) 751-1722 before 3pm and we can normally have a two-person crew and truck at your Orlando-area address within a few hours. Storm-debris weeks and holiday weekends can push you to next-morning.
Do I need to move everything to the curb first?+
No. Our crew hauls from wherever it sits — upstairs bedroom, attic, backyard, garage or job site. Curbside piles are faster and sometimes quote a little smaller, but nothing is required of you.
Which Central Florida cities do you serve?+
We cover Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties: Orlando, Winter Park, Winter Garden, Kissimmee, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Windermere, Sanford, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Ocoee, Oviedo, Casselberry, Maitland and Clermont.
What can't you haul away?+
Household hazardous waste — paint, solvents, pesticides, pool chemicals, propane tanks, gasoline, car batteries — plus asbestos, medical waste and ammunition. Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties all run free HHW drop-offs for residents, and we'll tell you which one is closest.
How do you decide the price before you start?+
The crew looks at your pile, matches it to a truck fraction, and gives you a firm flat number on the spot. You approve it before anything is lifted, and it doesn't move afterwards — no hourly creep, no fuel surcharge, no trip fee if you decline.
What happens to the junk after you take it?+
Usable furniture, appliances and household goods go to Central Florida donation partners. Metal, appliances and electronics go to recyclers, clean yard waste goes to mulching facilities, and only the remainder reaches the transfer station — roughly 70% of a typical load is diverted.
Can I get a quote without talking to anyone?+
Yes. Send the details through the quote form on this page and a dispatcher replies by email with all-in pricing, usually within the hour. You can also tap Talk to a Junk Expert to speak with our AI dispatcher from your browser — no phone call needed.
