Why is pricing by the load and not by the hour?+
Load-based pricing means you know what you'll pay before we start. Hourly encourages slow work; flat rates encourage speed and predictability.
Are there hidden fees for stairs, distance or heavy items?+
No. Standard stairs, distance and typical residential heavy items are baked into the quote. Truly extreme loads (concrete, safes, pianos) may need a size bump — we tell you before we lift.
Do you charge a trip fee?+
No trip fee if you approve the on-site quote. If you decline, there's no charge — we just leave.
Do you take cards?+
Yes — credit/debit, Zelle, cash and check. Payment is due when the truck is loaded.
