Donation-first, always

Before a piece hits the truck we ask a simple question: could someone in Central Florida still use this tonight? If the answer is yes, we route it to a donation partner — Habitat ReStore, Goodwill, local shelters — and can hand you a signed drop-off receipt. We estimate 40–60% of the furniture we pick up finds a second home.

Mattress recycling

Mattresses are the single worst thing to landfill — they don't compress, they harbor pests, and they take decades to break down. We drop mattresses and box springs at Central Florida recyclers that follow Mattress Recycling Council-style separation, so the steel goes to scrap, the foam goes to carpet padding, and the fabric is diverted from landfill.

Disassembly & tight-doorway carry

Modern sectionals, platform beds and office desks are almost always wider than a standard 32″ interior door. We disassemble on-site with cordless drivers and moving-blanket wraps, then rebuild only if the piece is going to donation. For stairs and elevators we use two-person shoulder-strap carries — no drag, no scuffs.

HOA & apartment complex rules

Most Orlando complexes and HOAs prohibit leaving mattresses, sofas or box springs at the dumpster or curb — and issue fines when they show up there. Our in-and-out pickup avoids that entirely: your furniture goes straight from the unit to our truck, never touching a common area.
