What's Included

Everything handled, start to finish.

One flat quote covers labor, loading, hauling, and responsible disposal — including donation and recycling drop-offs.

That hot tub stopped heating three summers ago. The kids outgrew the playset. The shed is half rot and half wasp nest. These are the jobs that sit on the to-do list for years because they're too big for a pickup truck and too awkward for a dumpster.

We do them in an afternoon. Our crews arrive with reciprocating saws, sledge hammers, dollies, straps and a flatbed trailer sized for the structure. We drain it, cut it, carry it out through whatever gap your yard gives us, and rake the footprint clean before we pull away.

  • Hot tubs and spas — drained, cut apart, hauled and disposed the same visit
  • Wooden playsets, forts, swing sets and trampolines dismantled board by board
  • Sheds — vinyl, metal and wood — including anchored and concrete-pad builds
  • Above-ground pools, pergolas, gazebos, decking and screened-enclosure frames
  • Tight gates, side yards and second-story decks handled without heavy machinery
  • Yard raked and swept — no nails, screws or splinters left behind
Inside the Job

How it actually gets done.

How a hot tub actually comes out

First we drain the shell with a submersible pump — usually 20 minutes for 400 gallons. With power already off at the breaker, we disconnect at the spa pack, pull the cabinet skirting, then cut the acrylic shell into two to four carry-able sections. If your gate is wide enough and the deck allows, we'll skid it out whole on rollers instead. Either way it leaves on our flatbed the same visit.

Playsets and trampolines

Wooden playsets come apart in reverse order of assembly — roof, decking, posts — so nothing snaps and nobody gets hurt. Metal swing sets and trampolines unbolt fast, but the anchors are the real work: sunk posts and concrete footings get dug and pulled, then the holes get backfilled with the spoil.

Sheds and outbuildings

A 8x10 vinyl or metal shed is typically a two-hour job. Wood sheds on a concrete pad take longer — we strip the roof and siding, break down the frame, sweep the pad and haul it all out. Empty it first if you can; if you can't, we'll sort the contents into haul, donate and keep piles as we go.

What Florida yards demand

Central Florida means screened enclosures, narrow zero-lot-line side yards, and HOAs that don't want debris curbside overnight. We work inside all three: everything leaves with our truck, no dumpster sits on your driveway for a week, and gate codes get coordinated with your HOA before the crew rolls up.
Scope

What we take — and what we don't.

We haul this
  • Hot tubs, spas, swim spas and their cabinets & covers
  • Wooden playsets, forts, swing sets, slides, trampolines
  • Sheds — vinyl, resin, metal, wood — and their contents
  • Above-ground pools, pool ladders, pumps and filters
  • Pergolas, gazebos, arbors, decking and railing
  • Patio furniture, grills, fire pits and outdoor kitchens
We can't take this
  • In-ground pool demolition (requires a licensed demo contractor)
  • Live 220V disconnects at the electrical panel — electrician first
  • Chemical-treated spa water dumped to storm drains (we drain to code)
  • Structures attached to the home requiring permitted demolition

Common Questions

Straight answers.

How much does hot tub removal cost in Orlando?+

Most Orlando hot tub removals run $349–$649 depending on size, access and whether it needs to be cut apart. A standard 6-person spa with driveway access is typically around $449, all-in — demolition, haul-away and disposal included.

Do you drain and disconnect the hot tub first?+

We drain it and disconnect the cut power at the spa pack if the breaker is already off. Hard-wired 220V disconnects at the panel should be handled by a licensed electrician before we arrive — it's a 15-minute job for most electricians.

Can you get a hot tub out of a fenced backyard?+

Yes. If the spa won't clear the gate, we cut it into sections on-site with reciprocating saws and carry it out by hand. Tight side yards, screened lanais and second-story decks are all routine for us.

Do you remove metal and wooden swing sets?+

Both. We dismantle wooden playsets and forts board by board, unbolt metal swing sets, and pull anchored posts. Concrete footings can come out too — tell dispatch so we bring the digging tools.

Will removing a shed damage my lawn?+

We work off plywood pathways when the ground is soft and rake the footprint before we leave. You'll get flattened grass that recovers in a week or two, not ruts. Anything we knock loose — pavers, sprinkler heads — we point out immediately.

Can you do it the same day I call?+

Small sheds and playsets, usually yes. Hot tubs and large structures we normally schedule within 24–48 hours so we can bring the right crew size and cutting equipment for your access.
